Embers Ski Lodge Launches Spring 2016 Menu

Nashvillians are in for a treat this spring as Embers Ski Lodge launches its Spring 2016 Menu, a new seasonal menu with bright new flavors to offer, developed by Head Chef Brett Corrieri and his team.

New items to this seasonal menu include the Northern Lights Salmon, a new Black Diamond Entree, seared and served with golden raisin, carrot slaw and brussels sprouts. The “Flatlander” Lobster Roll, a scrumptious sandwich made from picked maine lobster claw and knuckle meat, tossed with mayo, celery, lemon juice and lemon zest, served in a toasted new england style hot dog bun.

And finally, the Coconut Shrimp, a butterflied shrimp appetizer breaded in coconut, deep fried and served with sweet and spicy dipping sauce.

Enjoy sipping our new wave of drinks starting up with the kick of spice, vodka and tomato flavors of Embers Bloody Mary, served with spicy beef jerky and pickled okra.

 

Mango Margarita fin

Tickle your taste buds with the sweet and tangy taste of the new cocktail, Mango Margarita served with house made Habanero sea salt rim.

Savor the smooth, long and dry finish of the Blood Oath Bourbon #2. A rare bourbon made with toasted oak, caramel & maple syrup with vanilla, cocoa, tobacco leaf and dried fruits perfect to end a rough day.

 

Embers spring menu retains many of the customer’s favorites such as the classic Hand-cut Belgian Fries and the famous Mount Everest Cheeseburger.
